Muffin Break for arc in Bury St Edmunds
Hot on the heels of lettings to L'Occitane, Rush Hair, Shakeaway and Apple reseller, Stormfront, Centros has signed up Muffin Break for arc in Bury St Edmunds - all the retailers being new to the town and complementary to arc's strong fashion offer.
David Lewis, Associate Director of Centros, said: "Like arc's fashion line-up, the centre's existing catering offer provided by Debenhams and Costa is performing very strongly. Both Muffin Break and Shakeaway will soon add to the variety, albeit there remains an obvious capacity for one or two more caterers to complete the offer."
Set to open in the next few weeks, Muffin Break has secured a 1,200 sq ft unit close to Shakeaway and Rush Hair opposite Waterstone's, Peacocks, H&M and New Look in Gosnold Street, one of arc's two new shopping streets.
Centros's retail letting agents are Jones Lang LaSalle, Knight Frank and Mason & Partners.
