**News Flash** Statement in Response to High Court Decision on Challenge to CPO for Northern Quarter, Portsmouth

John Marsh, development director of Centros, commented: "I am delighted that the Secretary of State's decision to confirm the compulsory purchase order has now been upheld by the High Court.  This overcomes a major hurdle and we can now focus all our energy on working on the ongoing design review of the scheme."
