John F LakerPosition: Chairman Joined Centros: 1996 Experience: Over 30 years experience within the construction and development field. Projects have included Coppergate, York (mixed-use retail and residential), Little Britain in the City of London (500,000 sq ft of offices), Clayton Square retail redevelopment in Liverpool and St Peters Way retail scheme in Northampton. Previously a Director at Wimpey Property Holdings, where he worked for 18 years. At Centros: Has a personal involvement in managing schemes in Kidderminster, Maidstone, Pontypool and Wrexham, as well as overseeing the company's development programme since 1999.
